EELISA Innovation Talk

EELISA x Siemens and Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU) cordially invite you to the Female Innovation Talk.

The talk format focuses on creating an exchange between women in the working world, sharing experiences with young female students and providing tips and tricks to Ph.D. candidates. The event is intended to be easily accessible to anyone who is interested and aims to provide a lasting impulse for your personal development.

What’s in for you?

Despite the remarkable potential that women bring to the table in terms of innovation, they continue to be underrepresented in STEM careers, startups, and venture capital. This lack of representation results in a significant loss of innovation potential. The EELISA Innovation Talk will address this issue by highlighting different perspectives from successful female innovators. They will share their experiences and provide valuable insights into their career journeys, innovation process, and perspectives on female innovation. After the panel discussion, we will also have time for networking and enjoying snacks and drinks that will be provided.
