On November 29th, the Siemens RIE Conference 2024 Erlangen-Nuremberg „Circularity Enabled by Sustainability,“ took place at ZOLLHOF in Nuremberg. The event brought together industry leaders, academics, and innovators to explore the role of circularity in driving sustainable development, starting with sustainability overviews from a university and industry perspective.
Following the keynotes, FAU President Prof. Joachim Hornegger and Siemens AG CEO Dr. Roland Busch delivered an engaging and interactive „Buzzword Bingo“ session, delivering their personal thoughts on adding a creative twist to the discussion of circularity and sustainability.
